Quick answers about payments, stores, gift codes, and eBooks that cannot be ordered.
We purchase the eBook as a gift for you. Once your payment is successful, the gift code will appear on your order page and will also be sent by email. We never need to log in to your BookWalker account, and we do not send eBook files directly.
BookWalker generally accepts credit cards or PayPal, which may require an international payment method. With Yomiyomi, you can simply pay using QRIS for a more convenient payment experience in Indonesia.
The QRIS payment is valid for 15 minutes. Once it expires, the QR code can no longer be used. You can check out the same order again from the order page. The total amount may change based on the latest exchange rate.
After your payment is successful, our admin will purchase the gift manually. Orders are processed within 24 hours at the latest and are often completed on the same day. Once completed, the gift code will appear on your order page and will also be sent by email.
Paid orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to a change of mind. Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the gift you ordered.
- If only some eBooks cannot be processed, the price of those eBooks will be refunded.
- If all eBooks cannot be processed, the service fee will also be refunded.
Gift codes are valid for 180 days after the order is completed. Make sure to redeem the code before it expires on the correct store, either BookWalker JP or BookWalker Global.
No. Each checkout can only contain eBooks from one store, either BookWalker JP or BookWalker Global. They use different accounts, currencies, and redemption pages.
Yes. If an eBook is on sale on BookWalker, the price shown on Yomiyomi already reflects the sale price and includes tax. Coupon discounts and BookWalker coin cashback are not included.
Some eBooks cannot be ordered because BookWalker does not allow them to be sent as gifts, for example:
- R18 eBooks
- Pre-orders or unreleased titles
- eBook sets or bundles
- Free eBooks
